He is the founder of Dealer Synergy, a company that has earned the Dealers' Choice Award 16 times, being recognized as the "Best of the Best Internet Sales Trainer" and "Mobile Provider Partner." Sean's influence extends globally through his articles, best-selling books, online videos, and as the host of the acclaimed Millionaire Car Salesman Podcast.

Karen Bradley
Karen Bradley serves as the CEO of Dealer Synergy and is the co-founder of The Internet Sales 20 Group Conference. With over 16 years of experience in automotive sales, she has assisted more than 1,100 dealerships and tens of thousands of professionals in reaching their full potential. Karen also brings 20 years of accounting experience and 14 years as a Certified FranklinCovey Trainer to the table. Her public speaking skills have been recognized by the National Speakers Association, and in 2015, she was nominated as one of the top 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News. Balancing her roles as a wife, mother of four, and owner of ten companies, Karen exemplifies the principles of the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," achieving true work-life balance and inspiring others to do the same.

At just 25 years old, Tianna Mick has made significant strides in the automotive sales industry. Her career began over five years ago, and she quickly distinguished herself by consistently being the top-grossing salesperson in her dealer group at the age of 19, averaging over 20 units and generating $10,000 in personal income each month. Tianna is globally recognized for her award-winning website, TGotYourKeys.com, which was voted the #1 Personal Website in the Automotive Industry.
